Pleasant fruity aroma of exotic fruit blend together with delicate floral notes. With good structure, fresh, sapid and balanced.
Soft pressing and fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Yellow colour with straw-yellow tinges, it has an intense aroma, fruity, with floral notes, dry taste, but with aromatic balance, slightly bitter aftertaste.
Excellent with all the cuisine based on fish, it matches well also with delicate meat-based dishes. Very good with hors d’oeuvres and as aperitif.
