Lively aromas of chestnut and red plum and hints of spice and herbs. Soft and pleasing on the palate with balanced flavours and a good length finish.

Ideal partner for the typical Italian cuisine, it matches pretty well with the first courses with meat-based sauces and with red and white grilled meat. Very good with various medium matured cheese.
