This higher-end Prosecco Morgante is made in brut style with a residual sugar content of 10 g/l (the residual sugar range of a "brut" Prosecco is between 0-12 g/l). A brut Prosecco is drier than an extra dry Prosecco and has a lovely crisp acidity making it better suited to main courses and ingredients such as fresh fish. It has fragances rich in citrusy aromas and vegetal notes. Its fine perlage ensures a very persisten flavour and cleanliness on the palate. Enjoy it throughout a meal. 

It has intense, fruity aroma of apple and citrus fruits. On the palate this prosecco has a pleasant acidity and a fresh flavour. Fine and persistent bubbles.
